In order to assist our helpers in resolving your issues, please post the make and model of your computer and the version of Windows that is running. If you are having a particular hardware problem, such as a printer, video card, sound card, etc then please include the make and model of that piece of hardware as well.

Having this information available will allow our helpers to provider faster and more accurate advice.
