Bought the above offer but it says the key is invalid, anyone else had this issue? (Ive put a support ticket in)

I think only Visio support can help you with that and you'll need to wait for an answer on your ticket.

Are you talking about this deal that was recently advertised at BC?

If so, please contact StackSocial to request that they send you a different key.
(BTW, AFAIK these sorts of MS software deals require a MS account for activation.)
