convert exfat to ntfs without deleting

so im wondering how to convert exfat to ntfs without deleting everything ive been looking at

alot of youtube videos but they seem like scams with fake youtube comments im guessing

that doing what they do in the video will delete everything is there any way to convert it

without doing a full format and deleting?

i would back up everything but i only have one external 1 tb hard drive im trying to convert to ntfs

as i cant put the files on my computer first it only has 50 gb of space so i wanna convert it to ntfs

to download xbox games and i dont wanna delete everything and dont know where to put it if i do a full format

There is no way to covert exFAT to NTFS without data loss. How much data is on the 1TB drive. You can get a 2TB drive for about $70. Black Friday should have cheaper prices.
