We are tasked to migrate over 22TB of data from a Company which uses MS 365 to our Tenant. What tool will work for this? ShareGate,Gs Richcopy 360 or Azcopy? Also, will there be a way to migrate over shared links from OneDrive?

In this case, Gs Richcopy360 can handle this task for SharePoint and Onedrive easily and quickly .
But generally, all the three tools, ShareGate, Gs Richcopy 360, and Azcopy, can be used to migrate over 22TB of data from a company which uses MS 365 to your tenant. However, the best tool for you will depend on your specific needs and requirements.

* ShareGate is a cloud-based migration tool that is designed for Microsoft 365. It can be used to migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts, files, and SharePoint sites. ShareGate also has a number of features that make it well-suited for large migrations, such as the ability to migrate data in batches and the ability to schedule migrations.

* Gs Richcopy 360 is a desktop-based migration tool that can be used to migrate data from a variety of sources, including Microsoft 365. It is a good option if you need to migrate a large amount of data quickly and easily. However, Gs Richcopy 360 does not have as many features as ShareGate, such as the ability to migrate shared links.

* Azcopy is a command-line tool that can be used to migrate data to and from Azure. It is a good option if you are familiar with the command line and need to migrate data to Azure. However, Azcopy is not as user-friendly as ShareGate or Gs Richcopy 360.

Also you can use ShareGate Migration Assistant tool to migrate shared links from OneDrive.

Here are some additional factors to consider when choosing a migration tool:

-The size of the data you need to migrate
-The complexity of the migration
-Your budget
Your technical expertise
-Your comfort level with using the command line

Thanks

I appreciate the additional information about the three migration tools: ShareGate, Gs Richcopy 360, and Azcopy. It is helpful to know information and highlighting the key features of each one.

What about the prices ?

You can click here to visit the GS RichCopy 360 STANDARD | Robocopy Alternative | Copy Files Over Network website.

And here to visit the GS RichCopy 360 ENTERPRISE For Server & Cloud Migrations website.

The price for GS RichCopy 360 STANDARD is USD 49.99, whereas the price for GS RichCopy 360 ENTERPRISE is USD 129.00.

However, in comparison, the price for ShareGate subscription starts at USD 5,995 for 1 year.
