Hi, (I'll immediately apologize for my English, I'm writing through a translator) the story began last winter after buying a new motherboard. I bought a GIGABYTE B450M S2H, but filled the socket with thermal paste during installation. I took the PC to the service, everything was cleaned there. But after that, I started having BSODs
They arose spontaneously, mostly in the first minutes of computer operation. I tried a bunch of methods to solve the problem: I took the PC to the service where they told me that there was no BSOD at all), because the PC was on stress test all night, they also charged me $ 30 for it, reinstalled the drivers, checked the PC with antivirus, checked RAM, SSD disk, all in vain. Only reinstalling Windows helped, but after some time the BSOD started again, then disappeared again and so on for a whole year, sometimes they were gone for a month or even two. I couldn't find any pattern. I only noticed that when I turn off the PC, the monitor turns on and off, but it doesn't show anything. During the time when there was no BSOD, it disappeared, I'm not sure if it's related, but maybe it will help somehow. At the moment, I am slowly moving towards solving the problem, but I do not have enough knowledge in the field of memory dump analysis. Please help me, I don't know what to do anymore. I will attach the contents of the latest dump files

Hi, where is the link to the Speccy Report  (in the instructions as per below, more or less) ??

Please Post a "link" of Speccy Report.
Please install Speccy Free : https://m.majorgeeks.com/files/details/speccy.html
Use Custom Install
At the Top Left Corner of Speccy --> Click File and then Click Publish Snapshot Report, a window will popup and Click YES. --> Another popup will appear and then Click "Copy To Clipboard" then Paste that "link" to your next reply in your thread.

Did not ask for Crystal Disk Report, words would have done fine.

SO personally I do nothing until all required information is posted as per the instructions.

The BSOD Kernel Dump Expert asked you to follow the instructions as well.

Last night I almost couldn't turn on the PC, but now everything has been working for 2 hours without a blue screen at all

Windows update has also been installed, maybe it stopped because of this, but still the problem that appears every time Windows is updated does not suit me

Hi, Note when using a English Language site please switch your language to English on the system.  You may need to download the language page.   Reason all the reports are in your language.  Thanks.

If not done please do so : From a DOS Command Prompt from START | type cmd.exe into the start search box | RIGHT-click on cmd.exe | select "Run as Administrator" then Copy/Paste --> :
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command then Enter   if it finds problems then reboot. (Completed Successfully : means reboot)
then
After : please Open another Admin Command Prompt and please run Copy/Paste --> SFC /SCANNOW into the Dos window or Powershell and Enter.  Reboot after.

Please Remove : EasyTune and EasyTune1 as they are in MS Scheduler as well Wireshark : npcapwatchdog and SIV-VGA and SIV.  Note : should not run more than one tool that looks at the processor at a time.

None of the above is needed, please uninstall so can figure out your issue.

Motherboard Support Page : https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios   From now on please refer to your Motherboard as :  B450M DS3H-CF (Rev 1.x)   Note the Rev is important. is also safety for your board as they may release a Rev 2.0, or 3.0 or 1.1   So ya.... :=}

Your Support Page has a newer Bios release : F64    Released : Jun 12, 2023

  1. Checksum : E683
  2. Update AMD AGESA V2 1.2.0.8
  3. Optimized performance for 5800X3D
  4. Addresses download assistant vulnerabilities reported by Eclypsium Research

You are running Malwarebytes as your A/V  as well I do not see a Firewall enabled.  Defender is completely  Disabled.

While trying to fix your issues could you please Deactivate the License and Uninstall it.  If is try/nag then please uninstall it.

In future it would be best to run Defender as your A/V and Firewall.   So will need to do this : https://www.howtogeek.com/230158/how-to-run-malwarebytes-alongside-another-antivirus/

A tool to bring out Defenders hidden controls : https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/configuredefender.html

Developer now works for MBAM so colours are changed and brings out hidden Firewall Controls : https://www.binisoft.org/wfc

Make a trifecta with MBAM Browser Guard : https://www.malwarebytes.com/browserguard

Please explain your install and when was it  ?  Was the 1st thing you did after installing Windows was to install your Chipset then SATA Drivers, Video then the rest of the lower Drivers from your Motherboard Support Page ??

If not do so from link from Bios Page.

Please change language to English please as can not understand the reports.   Wait for several more BSOD's then run another Sysnative Collection in English.

You have several Dump Files but they are all 0KB

There is one Dump File with Data : - KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)  - SYMBOL_NAME:  nt!KiFastFailDispatch+d0  - IMAGE_NAME:  ntkrnlmp.exe - FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x139_3_CORRUPT_LIST_ENTRY_nt!KiFastFailDispatch

Note as well in BIOS please Turn off XMP if enabled.

In Bios please turn off anything that speeds up the Boot example ASUS Fast Boot for the same reasons as below :

Turn Off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup /11 and WHY !!!!

Please change your Power if not set to Balanced

Remove any thing that maybe considered as Overclocking.

Note : please try to get the reports done so that the : BSOD Kernel Dump Expert @ubuysa can help you as he will need to finish reading the Dump File.

Only one of the uploaded dumps is readable (ie. has a size greater than 0B). It's a KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE caused by a LIST entry corruption. These are typically caused by rogue third-party drivers, but can also be caused by bad RAM. In addition, bad RAM can also account for dumps not being written properly. A second possibility is a flaky system drive and this is made more likely by the function calls made in the lead-up to the bugcheck. The operation in progress was managing a chain of large pages when the bugcheck occurred. There are no third-party drivers referenced and that's a good indication of a hardware problems. The last function call before the bugcheck was to the Windows ntfs.sys driver, so the problem may well be on the system drive.

I see from the msinfo32.nfo output that you have fairly small amount of free space on that system drive...

27GB isn't really a great lot of free space on a Windows system driver - this may be why most of the dumps are empty. I would look to moving as much as you can onto the D: drive. It may also be worth testing the WD SSD with the Western Digital Dashboard software. Run the most thorough diagnostic test in there.

We shouldn't ignore the potential of this being a RAM issue however, so it's worthwhile testing your RAM...

  • Download Memtest86 (free), use the imageUSB.exe tool extracted from the download to make a bootable USB drive containing Memtest86 (1GB is plenty big enough). Do this on a different PC if you can, because you can't fully trust yours at the moment.

  • Then boot that USB drive on your PC, Memtest86 will start running as soon as it boots.

  • If no errors have been found after the four iterations of the 13 different tests that the free version does, then restart Memtest86 and do another four iterations. Even a single bit error is a failure.

Let us know how all that goes.

On another forum, I was told to delete Malwarebytes because it blocks windows updates. I remembered that the blue screens started about after installing Malwarebytes, because initially my PC was infected with some kind of virus.
I have now deleted Malwarebytes and will update the drivers.
There was only one dump file left, because I was not at home and the PC was turned off and they deleted, so if there are problems, I will definitely upload new dump files

I also did Memtest86, everything was successful

Hi, Malwarbytes does not stop windows Updates.

It does stop loading Defender Definition files for Defender which what it is suppose to do when it is let to become the main A/V.

It was explained to you to yes uninstall and make changes as to how it works with Windows.  (I run it on 3 systems (life time license)

So below is what I asked :

You are running Malwarebytes as your A/V  as well I do not see a Firewall enabled.  Defender is completely  Disabled.

While trying to fix your issues could you please Deactivate the License and Uninstall it.  If is try/nag then please uninstall it.

In future it would be best to run Defender as your A/V and Firewall.   So will need to do this : https://www.howtogeek.com/230158/how-to-run-malwarebytes-alongside-another-antivirus/

Please do what was asked in Posts # 7 & 8.

FYI : asking questions in more than one Forum is considered rude as well as making things complicated as we do not know what the other forum is doing.

Please Pick a forum to continue this topic and let us know if going to continue here or there.  If there this Topic will be closed.
