Hi, Welcome to BC.

Please always start off a post with what you where doing at the time of the crash.

Did you perform the ram testing that is required before posting here ? What where the results as you do not mention it ???

No idea what ram speed you are running nor the maker of the ram please let us know.

Note please always list your parts so that we know it is correct information we are getting, as well use their full proper names. Thanks.

Please tell us the PSU make and what year or age it is.

You did a clean install of Windows 10 last month.  Was the 1st thing after installing Windows was to go your M/B ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI Support Page :
https://rog.asus.com/ca-en/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b760-i-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_bios/  and install your Chipset Driver, SATA drivers and so forth to the lower sound card ?

Please uninstall : Webroot Secure Anywhere

Please return your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 : ( running GPU Tweak III ) GPU to Stock Settings and your motherboard if running overclocked.
  • Right-click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel.
  • Click Manage 3D Settings.
  • In the upper-right corner, click Restore Defaults.
As this system can go to Windows 11 is there a reason you have not done so ?  Have you been offered it in Windows Update ?

Are you taking Microsoft Supplied Drivers in Update ??

In Speccy under the list of installed MS Updates there is a list of failed updates : have these updates actually been installed ??
Please check Settings-->Update and Security-->View Installed Updates and let us know please.

As well did you do the recent update that failed to install but needed to be manually installed and had to resize partitions ??

Please turn off in BIOS ASUS Fast Boot for the same reasons as below :
Turn off MS Fast Start : https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup /11 and WHY !!!

As your WD Black drive does not support SMART please install the WD Dashboard and check it.

NOTE ; as Well as to the above post always state what version/build windows you are running as is required from Settings-->System-->About.

Sysnative Report
Autoruns
Not seen so many auto runs before.

DxDiagx :only holds Bluescreen and LiveKernelEvent

MSInfo32 is as above : LiveKernelEvent

Having had to dig for the Ram Information, NOTE : G Skill Intl F5-7600J3646G16G   Speed : 7600 MHz

NOTE : i9-14900K Max Compatible Ram Speed : Up to DDR5 5600 MT/s
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/236773/intel-core-i9-processor-14900k-36m-cache-up-to-6-00-ghz/specifications.html

I would think the above is your problem.  Did not check CHIP Max Compatible Ram Speed and instead used Motherboard Max Speed.

Speccy Does not report if using XMP or not so if are your running even faster.   The mistake of buying ram that is too fast for the chip nullifies the warranty on the Chip
and yes, INTEL can figure that out now.

Immediately please go into BIOS Advanced and set ram speed to below 5600 so when use XMP is on you do not go to a Overclocked state.
While there suggest in SPD to lock in the ram timings.
(Note to the above : my i-7 4790K chip went toast for running ram too fast, system was fine, shut down, morning there was nothing. Now using a spare chip)

Dump File 6359 reports :  VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)      IMAGE_NAME:  nvlddmkm.sys     FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x116_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys

As to previous set ram to stock speed do that then use DDU and install your NVIDIA Drivers from here as can read about them :
https://www.techspot.com/drivers/manufacturer/nvidia_geforce/

Dump 5671 reports : basically the same : FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x116_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys

The BSOD Kernel Expert will need to read your Stack but while waiting till late tonight please do all that has been requested.

MemTest86 after reconfigured RAM to 5600MHz is supplied and PASS. Note:  MemTest86 did pass as well @6000 MHz, @6800MHz, and @7600MHz in prior Test for RMA of Motherboard(RAM is listed for AsusTek MFG QVL).

PSU and Driver Update info is updated on initial Topic Post.

Windows 11: Skeptic/Looking into Tiny 11

Hi, no need to use that Quote All Box that is in the way of typing.  If need the Quote Box use it from the Tool Menu to emphasize or draw attention to something.

As it is it is a distraction that uses server space :=}

Glad ram is running fine at the lower speed.

No do not go Tiny11.  Security issues that way.

After this is all finished can try out Open Shell Menu ( I use it) : https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/open-shell-brings-back-the-glory-days-of-the-windows-start-menu/

then then you can lobotomize Win10 /11 with O&O ShutUp10  ( I use it, provides a nice OS :=})

Still need to go through all of Settings to make sure.  Mostly gets done by above.  Need to still go through Edge even if do not use it and turn off the junk each update that it does on it's own terms.

Then there is Configure Defender which brings out the hidden menu stuff for it. (do not use myself, high praise from others)

And for the Firewall there is WFC which as well brings out menu : Review sorta Mar / 2022 : https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-firewall-control-guide  (do not use myself, high praise from others)

Note : if have issues start with last 2 to eliminate.  Not heard of many issues regarding the above.

@ubuysa BSOD Kernel Dump Expert will hopefully be around.

From the dumps you are seeing 0x116 VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE BSODs. TDR is the graphics Timeout Detection and Recovery feature, it gets control when there is a graphics hang and attempts to recover the system by resetting the graphics driver and graphics card - this always causes a crash to desktop for the app that was using the graphics card at the time. If the TDR driver/card reset attempt fails to resolve the hang then you get a 0x116 BSOD - that's what's happening in all your dumps.

The cause of this BSOD is thus either a bad driver or a bad graphics card. In each of your dumps there is a 0xC000009A exception code...

8: kd> !error c000009a
Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a (3221225626) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

It doesn't tell us what resources did not exist and it's most probably resources within the RTX4090 card. One way to confirm this would be to remove the card and plug the monitor into the motherboard and use the iGPU. Graphics performance will be poor of course, but if it doesn't BSOD then it's definitely a graphics issue.

If it is a graphics issue then the best way to isolate it to the driver or the card is to download DDU and the most recent three driver versions for your card. Then use DDU to uninstall the current driver and install the most recent driver. If that BSODs use DDU to uninstall that driver and install the immediately prior driver version. If that BSODs then do the same with the two-level back driver version. If it BSODs on all three of the latest driver versions, using DDU in between them, then it's almost certainly the graphics card.

When all that is said, your RAM (G.Skill F5-7600J3646G16G)  is not on the QVL for your Asus ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI motherboard. That doesn't mean it won't work but it does mean that it's not been tested and verified as fully compatible - that's always a worry.

Hopefully it's just due to driver instability this 4090 is from the late 2023 wait list roll out.

G.Skill and Asus QVL listings conflict and Microcenter has limited availability on both.
I had I tried G.Skill S5 from G.Skill -> Asus QVL list and it had more frequent memory crashes. This is from the Asus -> G.Skill QVL and it's been stable @7600 despite the driver crashes with and without; caveat the idle difference and under streaming load was a temperature delta of 4/6 degrees vs. S5 giving me a frequent orange q-led.

In addition to the already advised;

PSU is Phanteks Revolt SFX 850W 80Platinum Rated.

The present PSU is known to have issues akin to 90% of what you describe, go here where you will see the information documented.

The other 10% symptoms I suspect is an equal split between inappropriate RAM speed and incorrect driver installation, the chipset drivers should have ben installed first and almost certainly before the Nvidea GPU and Intel wireless drivers.

Also of note, Windows is failing to update, this has been an issue for more than two weeks.

G.Skill and Asus QVL listings conflict and Microcenter has limited availability on both.

Something to keep in mind for the future, a CPU must be compatible with a MB whereas the RAM has to be compatible with both the CPU and the MB, this because a MB can be compatible with faster CPUs than the one in your list of parts and MB manufacturers often state RAM speeds that far exceed that which any compatible CPU in the board can handle.

Intel state DDR5 5600MT/s is the max fo your CPU and tit is Intel that you should take notice of.
