Hi,

When I connect to FortiClient VPN Client (https://adbconnect.adbanker.com:10443) then suddenly my 5G WiFi  internet connection goes down and even FortiClient keeps getting disconnected very frequently and often need to enter User ID and password to connect it again and again?

Also, the moment it's get connected to Forticlient VPN then my internet speed also becomes very slow and i get disconnected from my 5G WiFi internet connection and an icon showing 'network access' starts appearing instead of 5g Wifi connection symbol.

How to resolve this error permanently?

Please refer to the attached screenshot for this error for more clarification on this issue.

Thanks.

Hi, we have been over the age of the system and how it is not up to things due to the amount of changes since it was built.

FortiClient VPN Client (https://adbconnect.adbanker.com:10443)

Why are you connecting to : https://adbconnect.adbanker.com:10443/    ?

As well adbanker.com is a insurance and learning institution and has nothing to do with a VPN address that you would go through.

If that is what you are trying to connect to : The page times out which usually means the address is not good or supported.

Please see your FortiClient VPN Client Support Page for that product since you would have purchased it.  As well there is no reference of a VPN on their Web Site

and is proprietary software.

As this is not a common software, your chances of anyone else using the product is slim to none. Your answer lays with their website or email them.

Fortinet does offer a VPN service but  this appears to be part of a package aimed at the enterprise market rather than the private individual and it seems likely that your problems with it are due to configuration issues. I have to ask why you don't use a more conventional VPN aimed at the private market - and there are dozens to choose from - if indeed a VPN is needed at all.

A D Banker is a real company offering training courses for those wishing to enter the insurance and financial services industries in the USA but the quoted link just times out on my system as well, and that is fully updated Win 10 and no VPN. If you are running a course with A D Banker then I suggest you contact their support here -

Hi,

I have reinstalled Windows 10 64 bit version on my laptop and again found this Forticlient VPN keep getting disconnected again again.

as far as drivers and age of this laptop is concerned i don't find any issues in it as have already installed new SSD (1 TB) and 2 4GB RAMs in it.

also, since it was just supporting initially slow wifi now using tplink it's on 5G and speedtest results also show improvement in internet upload/download speed tremendously better than earlier.

but getting's disconnected from this Forticlient frequently is something i am unsure of plus even if it's get connected once then my wifi speed becomes too slow.

what could be the exact reason behind that VPN settings etc.? How to not let internet speed down once it's connected to Forticlient VPN?

Thanks
