My friend who has a good expertise in the field of computers says that even if your computer is strong, the performance of Linux is more than Windows 10 or 11.

He says that one of the reasons is the very optimal management of RAM by Linux compared to Windows. Is he right?

Even if my system is strong, will my performance increase if I go to Linux?
