I am aware that under [settings > colors] you can check 'title bars'; however, this is a universal setting causing it to trigger the color change to all apps' title bars. I'd like to set it for a specific apps only.

Win 11 can change Active and Inactive colours.

Possibly a 3rd party program but as far as I can tell you would have to know coding and how to insert it.

The danger to this if do it wrong or MS changes something in a update it breaks your code.

This happens frequently in Firefox when code userchrome (note Mozilla and before that Netscape used the word chrome)

At this time would suggest not to make changes.

Using you question as a search there is no definitive answer.

But if use this : skin windows 10 specific apps - you get some possibilities : https://www.google.com/search?q=skin+windows+10+specific+apps&client=firefox-b-d&sca_esv=60cbb9f0092e2b65&ei=Eba-ZcaeGc3H0PEPzZmNSA&ved=0ahUKEwiG64ytlJCEAxXNIzQIHc1MAwkQ4dUDCBA&uact=5&oq=skin+windows+10+specific+apps&gs_lp=Egxnd3Mtd2l6LXNlcnAiHXNraW4gd2luZG93cyAxMCBzcGVjaWZpYyBhcHBzMgUQIRigATIFECEYoAFIsJUBUNImWMiGAXACeAGQAQCYAW-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&sclient=gws-wiz-serp

Again expect things to break and use at own risk.

Thanks for the replay
I found several methods, but they all required programming knowledge
I was hoping that there is a program for this purpose or one of the Windows tweak programs has this capability
