Heads up people. The last time the OS System updated it reset the System Protection Disk Space Usage to 0% effectively rendering my Restore Points to be non-existent. I found out the hard way when I tried to do a System Restore.

That is normal. I have been an insider for Windows 10 for over 5 years and this always happens.
