hello i was wondering if someone can please help me with some computer errors im having?


- internal error 00000012


- windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.
you may not have the appropiate permissions to access the item.


i tried the:
- DISM /ONLINE command
- SFC command
- CHKDSK command
- a clean install of WIN 8 (it kinda fixed my computer errors, but only temporarily. the computer errors started again as soon as i connected online.)
- GPEDIT install (but i cant install the GPEDIT)
- GPUPDATE /FORCE command


i also tried some anti-virus/anti-adware/anti-malware software:


- SPYHUNTER
- ADWCLEANER
- JRT (access is denied)
- RKILL
- ROGUEKILLER
- MALWAREBYTES

- WINDOWS REPAIR TOOL (but i cant click the WINDOWS REPAIR TOOL) i have a screenshot:


im running out of options, can someone please help me?

Hi, missing info on the model # of the HP ENVY dv6.  Should be on the bottom if a Laptop or from Start Search type System Information and provide missing Model as well provide BIOS Version.

You have in Task Scheduler this Entry : BLACK FRIDAY Task (One-Time) suggest delete it as it has had it's One Time.

There are Missing Files which would seem to be the issue.  Would think maybe using something in Glary Utilities is the problem.  Do not delete duplicates, some are needed.   So many issues a Reset or Fresh install or below if have Disk using a repair install :

Though it is just possibly the change made from that TLS Version has not been updated to current modern standards.

i know i said in the other post i was going to delete my data, but i have been really busy with work and school and i didnt have the time


i think i am going to backup my data in the next weeks, and then delete the drive and hopefully that is going to repair the errors. i will post some updates


it is also giving my computer some errors with the internet connection, like "disconnecting (or maybe hijacking) the internet or my router" sometimes (this happens a lot). and i have to reconnect to the internet sometimes.


i have a couple of questions regarding the backup of my data and delete the drive.
