Wha is the meaning of the info shown in the screenshot

I found an un-used(?) Kingston 32 GB DataTraveler in one of my filing cabinets.  Wondering what was on the drive, I plugged it into my HP-PC and asked to see the Properties of the drive.

This is what my search produced (see screenshot).  Everything is 0 (zero) bytes! So, what is this information telling me and how can I make the thumb drive useful for storing some data?

There is no name for the drive though it is F: , no data and has to be formatted for use.  Format to Fat32

Thank you for the enlightenment.  I performed a format (Fat32) with no problem, then copied a small file onto the drive, again with no problem.  So, thanks to you, a have another thumb drive to use.  Whoopee!
