Hi, i have old socket 7 motherboard, when trying from boot from floppy its not working with windows 98 boot disk? its working a little bit then stopping from boot?

Does it boot from cd?

yes its booting with cd rom

You'll need a boot able windows 98se cd to install windows 98se.

why floppy disk not boot, i dont understand i remember many times mb boot from fdd before

The disk drive may have died.
