Hello, I need to import Outlook 2016 Mac. OLM files into Apple Mail. How can it be done?

Looking for some quick and easy solutions as the database of OLM files is quite large.

Thanks in advance.

You can't import OLM files directly into Apple Mail. You would need to convert them to a format Apple Mail recognizes. There are a number of third-party tools that will do this for you -- most are not free.

If your email account is on a mail server that supports IMAP, you can simply connect Apple Mail to that account and it will download your emails and folders.

As BC Advisor said that, you can't directly import OLM into Apple Mail. Convert OLM to MBOX using any third-party tool you like, then directly import MBOX to Apple Mail without using any othere tool.

This thread dates back to 2018.

Thank you for your input, but there's no need to revive such ancient topics.

Thank you
