Good afternoon? Can port 853 and 443 be used for calling or is it only port 53?

Ordinarily, using TCP port 53 is the most frequent method for your device's DNS lookups. However, port 443 is popularized by some for DNS over HTTPS (DoH) and port 853 for DNS over TLS (DoT).
Browser “calling”, as you phrased it, still most frequently takes place on TCP ports 80 and 443 using the IP address.

Good evening. I just meant because my cellular is hooked up to the domain name system? Plus my mini cellular tower uses port 53 Apple just did a recent update (Couple summers ago/two summers ago) to where you're able to manually configure dns certificates now on phones and dial or use the internet that way? Except, I just learned Port 53 prevents it from filtering? It also uses Port 4500 which is for Vpn? Since that's what IpSec stands for?

Although I am just rewording what I posted above, if your device seeks a TCP connection, it may first establish the current IP address of the destination. That is a DNS lookup transaction.
When attempting a cellular connection to a distant cellular device, it is possible to initiate an Internet-based call with most cell phones, or you may choose a connection through your common carrier's cellular network.
