New Chromebook connects to WiFi but doesn’t?

Ive got a Samsung Chromebook that Im having trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi. Its connected, but shows an! & says I need to sign in. When I go to sign in it brings me around & around. Right now its the 404 Not Found screen & in the address bar its got Not Secure gstatic.com/generate_204

Thank you for the kind welcome & willingness to help! This was a brand new Chromebook & I couldnt contact support either & Im not sure if I have any but should probably look. I did fix it 🤞 It was acting like I was a student or something & I dont know if its a combo of having Xfinity change my password to my internet & after that I did the 3rd way of power washing it from Chromebook Unboxed YouTube channel, even though I had already power washed it a few times, but not by pressing the escape + refresh + power button and then went into developer mode and after 10 minutes or less it was done doing its thing and went back into debugging mode & its still working! Thanks again! 🦋🧚‍♀💞
