Error message when I try to open chrome

When I click on the Chrome tab on the desk top I do not get the search bar so I have to put what I am looking for in the address bar on the top.But when I do that some of the sites come up but some dont and I get message which says the following.

Malicious Site:Malicious domain:Request 22.Iget this when a web site  does not come up.My OS IS Windows 10 any help would be appreciated.

Your computer may have run out of memory, and can't load the site while also running your apps, extensions, and programs.
 
To free up memory:
 
    Close every tab except for the one that’s showing the error message.
    Quit other apps or programs that are running.
    Pause any app or file downloads.
    Uninstall extensions you don't need.
