Logitech MX Master 3S - Cannot Install Software

New Dell 8960.  Windows 11.  New Logitech MX Master 3S, working fine via Bluetooth.

When I download the Options + .exe file from the Logitech website and then run it I get "unable to download options plus".

Any thoughts on how to get this software to install?  Their website is useless, nobody on chat, etc...

EDIT: Site maybe down, Use a cable mouse instead of blue tooth.  

As for what it does is IMHO junk ware.

I got it working by using the usb bolt instead of bluetooth, which recognized the mouse and downloaded the software.

The software controls the numerous settings on the mouse.

Actually, I was able to get that software loaded on an older Windows 10 machine no problem - when I inserted the USB bolt it immediately allowed the download.

Still unable to get it to load on the new Windows 11 machine, making me think it is just some Windows 11 setting....

I've tried that many times.  Each time when I download and run the installer I get a "downloading" window for a while then a window "Unable to Download Options+".

I should say first I was able to download LogiOptions and install it, but it does not recognize the working mouse, basically useless.  Was hoping it would work then I could upgrade it yesterday, no luck.

What happened with the Off Line Download Full Installer File from Post # 4

I was going to try the off line download, but got the online working on another machine working yesterday, so was still trying with the Windows 11 machine. 

Also read that the offline version was more limited and can't be upgraded.
