Hi, Welcome to BC.

PSU if that is 400watts is not enough. 700 0r 750watts for all things such as monitors, printers, drives, case, case fans, M/B, Video Card

Intel I7-4770K is a great chip made in 2013 and typing from that now. It is obsolete and a security risk.  As Well is not supported for Win11 and End of Life of Win10 is mid year 2025 before need to make it a Linux Box.

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87E-ITX/                            Motherboard has Wireless Support.     WIFI: Intel AC-8260 Not Needed.

HP GTX960 2GB made in 2015 - Based on current gaming requirements the GeForce GTX 960 2GB is considered one of the weakest cards and wont meet modern AAA game specs. This card meets game requirements up to DirectX 12

Stick in something more modern that is lower cost and can move forward with.

Never waste your money. Buy for the Future.  Nothing is recommended.

If have a budget share that and also where in the world you are.  Can help you find something then.

Can also use : https://https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ then choose country from top right corner.

Use this site as to what parts are current : https://xoticpc.com/pages/optimal-series-gaming-desktops there is other levels and pricing in the menu.

This was a used motherboard, the previous owner had the wireless mini-pcie card removed

It's is not the purpose for this system, just a tiny machine to help on homework, some YouTube in 1080p, light gaming and using LEGO Digital Designer

I'm running Windows 11 on unsupported hardware too (although I do have TPM 2.0 so meet most of the requirements...).  Defeating the hardware check you can install it on most things although there's no guarantee it will continue to work indefinitely.  Even if that is the route you want to go, I'd surely invest in a better PSU than a "Xindongli 400" - which I guess is a cheap generic model of questionable origin.  A Seasonic/EVGA/Corsair etc. would be a safer choice.  You can ignore the advice but you did ask.

Hi, I never said it was unsupported to run Win 10.  It is unsupported in Win 11 as per jonuk76 but will run. Will it run properly, will it last, not enough info yet.

The Chip as I said was typing on the same thing.  It is Unsupported by Intel and is a Security Risk unless keep self protected and updated from Spectre and Meltdown which means a good firewall and a router with a firewall, maybe works.

https://www.techrepublic.com/article/spectre-and-meltdown-explained-a-comprehensive-guide-for-professionals/

Since you are running Windows 11 there is no code in the OS included for protection as there is in Win10.      That is the main reason it is unsupported, a danger to self and family and friends, especially if running Win11.

When ask, you get answers if like them or not.
