No worries and sorry to be so negative but a massive no to the ASUS, almost 1500 quid for a computer that has no onboard video and only a 700W Bronze efficiency rated PSU.
Being an ASUS computer you would expect them to use an ASUS branded GPU in the PC would you not, well for some reason ASUS include a 700W PSU in this computer yet their own specs for their own brand of RTX 3070 say a minimum of a 750W PSU is required, you can confirm this for yourself at the various links here one explanation for this is that ASUS have dumbed down the performance of the card so that it requires less power and produces less heat.
For the cash that you are prepared to spend I suggest that you either build your own or purchase the parts and ask a competent person to assemble the build for you, a local tech would be expected to charge around £75 for this but check first.
Your budget would get you either of the excellent or the outstanding build here
One final nag from me, never purchase a computer that does not have onboard video or a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated PSU from a proven brand such as the Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower.
