Cortana is deprecated

In the attachment, you can see where Cortana "is deprecated" in a pop-up.  

 

For Windows to say that Cortana is deprecated seemed "over-the-top", so I didn't click on any of the links.  

 

Can someone here say if they also believe that this pop-up could be a scam?

There is no attachment to your post.

 

But, yes, Cortana IS deprecated
