Nowadays, keeping one's 3rd-party software continuously updated is essential to avoid malware infection. :thumbup2:

To alleviate this task, one can use one or more Software Updater Programs as REFERENCES.

One such tool, KC Softwares Software Update Monitor (SUMo), was a popular alternative until October 31, 2023.

However, after it has reached End-Of-Life (EOL), one can instead use several similar alternatives:

UCheck Free/Paid, PatchMyPC Free, RuckZuck (Free) Software Package Manager for Windows.

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT affiliated with any of the above software vendors and developers. :exclame:

Good luck! :)

i want to thankyou for your post.

From 31 of october i tried all the most popular software updaters, but i haven't found any that are as good as sumo.

in your message  you reported a software unknown to me: RuckZuck (Free) Software Package Manager for Windows.

In my opinion ruckzuck  is the one that is closest to sumo.

Thanks for letting me know

A UCheck layout similar to Sumo.
Unfortunately still many portable softwares are not supported or not detected:

P.S.

PatchMyPC seems useless to me,might as well use Winget.

RuckZuck is not portable (bad point).
Is it possible to see an image of this software?

A custom image like the one I entered is useful.
Images with the software with default settings are useless.

Thank you, Sampei_Nihira! :)

I researched WinGet and started using it today, and it is excellent, but I only use it as a REFERENCE. :thumbup2:

Consider that UCheck is faster at notifying an update, obviously when the update is supported.
At this link the newest beta:

It is also necessary to check which updates are notified by Winget.

Some users are using this software.
I don't want to try it at the moment, but it might be better than the others:
