Hello…I am having big problems with my Microsoft Surface Go and humbly ask if any ideas can be offered to provide a fix.

I got the “No Bootable Device” black screen so I went to the Microsoft web page, entered the serial number and downloaded the Surface Recovery Image to a recovery USB drive. There were two different downloads and I tried them both.'

I went through the process and it was working – the screen “Recover this PC” went up to 100%.

After it reached 100%, it went back to the blue “Choose the  language” screen.

I watched some YouTube videos and am led to believe, the Surface Go should go into Windows 10 after it reached 100%.

Perhaps I downloaded the wrong Recovery Image? Just guessing.

Thank you to anyone who can offer advice, if it is indeed able to be fixed. I appreciate it.

Just making the forum aware I was able to restore the Surface Go to working order. Thank you for reading. I am not sure if I can delete my topic so the moderator is welcome to delete it. Thanks again.
