Weird characters while posting

Hello,

 

The issue went away for a moment but is appearing again on this moment. Whenever I want to use markup or press enter those weird characters appear.

​

 

I had the issue earlier as one of the global moderators explained here but it stopped after.

 

I think the following information may be useful:

  • MacOS Sonama 14.3.1
  • Safari 17.3.1

Edit: This does not happen if I add a character first and then press enter, it also does not happen when I highlight the selected text.
It does happen while in Incognito too.

This has happened on my android phone using Chrome it's an issue with IPB not BC

So that is something Ginler needs to fix by updating the forum software or stepping over to Xenforo (which has a mention system) which is nice.

I'd prefer them using vbulletin it's nicer than ipb.
