I found what I was looking for and I spoke with a highly technical person at Monster today, about an hour on the phone. He said the slots probably could only accept 4 GB, totaling 16 GB "For Windows Premium only, not 'Basic'. Picture enclosed. Thought you may wish to know. If you wish to respond, you may.

Addendum
I moved to the Crucial website to check on the RAM for my PC (HP Pavilion p6370t CTO) and the Ram differed from what was originally installed on my PC. I believe I have DDR3 10600 1333Mhz (UDIMM). Also, the voltage is lower @ 1.35 Volts and CL @11, rather than 9. Uncertain of the timing. Any thoughts upon this? All replies are appreciated.

You have the Windows Home Edition or Basic?
Basic Edition was on of MS's insults to the consumer as MS laughed all the way to the bank, Basic was usually installed in netbooks.
The four 4GB cards must have the exact latency and timings (to the exact same number sequence) to be used properly in the desktop.

i have Windows Home Premium capable of 16 GB's with 4GB in each slot. A lot of problems. I called Crucial today to verify the authenticity of the Crucial Ram I purchased from Ebay and Vash clearly stated that the Crucial Ram was fake/ counterfeit and Crucial would not support it. The Crucial chips show United States on the White Label as Crucial stated that the Crucial were never manufactured in the United States, only China, Mexico, and I forget the other country. Well, what should I do now?

Your image is showing a laptop RAM card, not desktop RAM. 'What about the "counterfeit card"? I filed a complaint with Ebay contingent upon Crucial's response of the card being fake, as 'no' Crucial cards have ever been manufactured in the United States.
It states "Desktop" right in the 'heading'.

"* Rather Than Upgrading Memory Rank, Consider Upgrading the Memory Channel
Increasing the number of memory channels delivers a far greater boost in performance than increasing memory rank."I think this refers to upgrading from a single stick to two sticks (use 2x8 instead of a single 16GB for example) instead of just upgrading that single card as dual channel is more efficient than single channel.
I do not believe that I can add a 8 GB into the slot. I believe that only 4 GB'S are allowed in each slot, no more. To receive the entire 16 GB's would entail using (4x4) not using two 8GBS'S.

You maybe right - 16GB with 4 slots populated, not in two slots.

Supplement
I ordered the Samsung 4GB x4 >16GB'S. However the latency or timing is 11 as opposed to 10 in the Crucial, yet the "Crucial Website" 'As pictured below' displays DDR3L -1600 UDIMM AND 1.35 volt and CL @11; different than Samsung which is DDR3-10600 1333 MHZ with a CL @10(Original Module) and 1.50 volt but the Samsung I ordered is CL=11. Can you expand upon these intricate values?
* My original module (Samsung) > 2GB 2RX8 PC3-10600U-09-10-B0 >M378B5673EH1-CH9 1003

I couldn't find the HP spec sheet for the motherboard.
That would have said what we needed to know.
Plus last time I used Intel was with an i5-6xxx (maybe was a i5-6600?), so it has been a while since I had to remember the details and specs about Intel's older boards.
(started with Pentium 2 back in the day)
