If can not get to C: then suggest try one of the Boot Disks from URL Provided as it has tools.

 

Use the Linux one to rescue anything you need.

 

Note : Win 7 Servers are no longer on-line for Activation (so I think) so fix or move to linux or buy a None-OEM Win10 if still able to.

 

Win10 End of Life Oct 2025.   Find out if can run Win11 or not.  Buy a new system  Move to Linux Mint.

Do the following only if the above suggestions do not work for you. Note: You can also get to the command prompt doing the following steps.

 

Tap F8 at boot to get the advanced boot options shown in the below image. You can also select Safe Mode with Command Prompt at this screen.

Select Repair Your Computer to get the next screen shown below

You can select Startup repair. It may take 3 runs before a repair is complete. If a Repair does not work then select System Restore and look for a Restore Point just before you used Eraser. Command Prompt is also available on this screen if Safe Mode with Command Prompt does not work for you.

How do I restart from c prompt?

shutdown /r 


The very first thing you should always do after setting up a system? Have a valid backup image of your drives.
