According to Microsoft, your PC must meet the following minimum requirements to run Windows 11:

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor with 2 or more cores
4 gigabytes (GB) or more of memory
64 GB or more of available disk space
Graphics card compatible with DirectX 12 or later, with a WDDM 2.0 driver
Windows 10, version 2004 or later

You can check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 by going to Settings > Windows Update.
