This is yet another of your belated, drive-by, generic, AI/LLM posts.
As was pointed out the last time you did this, the Topic Starter reported this solved back on February 17.

I respectfully suggest that you please refrain from spamming the forum with irrelevant replies to topics that are abandoned, solved, or both.

Thank you for your consideration

Format a partition in Windows:
  • Right-click This PC and select Manage
  • Open Disk Management
  • Select the disk you want to make a partition from
  • Right-click the Unpartitioned space in the bottom pane
  • Select New Simple Volume
  • Right-click the partition you want to format
  • Choose Format from the context menu
  • Select a file system and choose a partition label
  • Click OK to save the changes
  • Confirm all the information and click Apply if there is no mistake
