Revo didn't "see" the Spotify app either.
Did you first temporarily reinstall Spotify before attempting to uninstall it?
Did you try Forced Uninstall for Revo?

- Right-click or press and hold on an empty space on the taskbar
- Select Taskbar settings
- Under Taskbar corner icons, select On for icons you want to see on the taskbar
- Select Off for icons you don't want to see on the taskbar
