Hi, This Post is from 2014.  Should be archived.     The solution would be below.

Due to the age of the Board as it came out mid 2009 and the last supported OS was Windows 8.1 the issue maybe a time warp..........lol

Do you have your Win 8.1 Disk ?  You maybe have some tools on it when do the Rescue Start.  Not sure on that as skipped that version.

If never updated your BIOS it maybe worth a try but seems they did not do much for this board : https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/CG5270/HelpDesk_BIOS/

After 5yrs they remove all drivers so only thing left is last BIOS and Lan drivers.

In BIOS should just check Optimized Defaults and Exit.  Go back in and then turn off Fast Boot and restart again.

This board should actually be running Linux now due to the age.  Might want to check video out for Linux Mint Cinnamon as is most like Windows :

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=Linux+Mint+Cinnamon+

Can try this to rescue your files off of the drives maybe and also repair : https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/31804/the-10-cleverest-ways-to-use-linux-to-fix-your-windows-pc/

Topic closed.  Anyone reflecting similar issues needs to initiate own new topic, as opposed to very dated topics belong to different OPs.
