Paranoia about potential infection

There were some settings that were changed on the computer, which were restored to default and some other items that we cleaned up.
When you ran AdwCleaner did you actually remove these detections?

The Windows Defender results confirm that it is running in SxS Passive Mode, which means Microsoft Defender Antivirus is running alongside another antivirus/antimalware product, and limited periodic scanning is used.
The signatures are up to date and a quick scan was run recently.
Looking ahead I suggest that you run periodic anti-virus scans combined with an on-demand tool such as ESET as part of your maintenance schedule. Apart from the AdwCleaner question, the computer looks clean now.
