I built 4 computers so far. I would recommend going with a Noctua CPU cooler for that Ryzen CPU because they run too hot for my liking, this is what I use for my Ryzen 7 https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15s

I never had any experience with AsRock but I had experience with ASUS, MSI , which I used to use ASUS but not anymore since ASUS lied when they claimed the motherboard had RAID which it didn't and that motherboard started to cause stability issues after 11 months of use which I didn't know at the time it was the motherboard failing which finally failed after 13 months of use which caused the computer not to boot anymore and was out of warranty by then. I replaced it with a MSI motherboard that failed to boot because it went up in smoke, it was warranted and that motherboard lasted only 2 months. I replaced it with a Gigabyte motherboard as per advice from many on the Internet and it's still working. If you ever upgrade the motherboard I recommend going with Gigabyte for reliability.
