Chrome Windows 7 'End of Support' Options?

I had someone look into the browser, well versed in PC's. Here is the response:

Definitely obscure. Chromium based. Website looks like it was made in the early 2000s. It looks like it's made so you can run something very similar to Google Chrome safely on Windows 7. It's so obscure it's not reviewed on any of the major tech sites. It's probably no better than Google for privacy, and not quite as good on security (Google has pretty advanced security features). Sufficient though, I'm sure, if none of that matters to you.
