Battery not charging

Hi and thanks in advance for your help.

 

I have a HP Pavilion 15 running Win 11 Home Version 23H2

 

I had a new battery installed in November last year after the old one died. 

The new battery is a genuine HP and was installed by a computer tech.

 

No issues for a couple of months but all of a sudden the battery stopped accepting a charge and the charge light on the side of the laptop started blinking.

 

I opened the laptop and checked the battery connection (no issues).

 

Two weeks ago, I noticed that the charge light was no longer blinking and when I checked it, I found that the battery was fully charged.

It worked fine for a week then back to the same issue.

 

The computer always works fine on AC power and currently indicates "Battery Status: 2% available (plugged in)"

It has not moved from here since the problem started again.

 

I have tried:

- Checking the connection between the battery and laptop

- Switching chargers to one that is definitely working

- Updating Win 11

- Updating battery drivers

- Deleting and reinstalling battery drivers

- Doing a battery report (Below)
